It's Shabu Shabu Time!

Our friend Kelly had her birthday lunch at a Shabu Shabu (pronounced Sha-boo) restaurant. We have been here a year and still not experienced this great food that everyone talked about. Essentially, lots of veggies are dropped in a pot with noodles and left to simmer. Once the broth is hot, you can add meat. It was super yummy! After you are all done and there is only a little soup at the bottom, the waiter makes a porridge for dessert. It was delicious!
